The New England Masters Ski Racing Foundation is thrilled to announce its 2023 – 2024 scholarship awardees!
Asa Toms is a 15 year old U16 at Killington Mountain School and is just getting into FIS racing.
Marley Hooper is a Board of Directors Scholarship Awardee as a U16 at Mount Washington Valley Race Program.
Merrick Iacozilli is a U18 and the recipient of the Bill McCullom Endowed Scholarship.
Milo Monteith is a first year U12 at Pleasant Mountain Race Program in Maine
(U16) Zane: “Injured last year; wasn’t able to compete, but showed up to encourage my team mates. Passion for sport -looking forward to improving this year.”
“Balancing academics and ski racing (U16) – pushing myself and other athletes is “fun”. I can participate in related activities to improve my skiing “
Lexi participates in a variety of sports: self defense, piano, drums. These will assist in developing a community of friendships that can last a lifetime.Currently skis recreational but joining a race team this year. Works off season to save money for ski equipment.
Abishai is a 10th grader at Waterville Academy. She is a hard working stundent, plays 4 instruments and writes her own songs.
She has a strong affinity for outdoors that she shares with 2 siblings and parents.
Max is an 8th grade student at Killington Mt School. He believes being at this school helps him strive in academics and skiing because of his classmates and his own motivation. As a first year U14 he is looking forward to a great skiing season
